The questions I actually get asked.

On FDM, expect ±0.15mm on most dimensions and ±0.05mm on a well-oriented feature we've tuned for. On resin it's tighter, around ±0.05mm across the part. Anyone quoting you ±0.01mm on a hobby FDM machine is describing the stepper resolution, not what comes off the bed.
STL and OBJ price instantly in the browser. STEP, 3MF, F3D and SolidWorks files are fine too — email them and I'll quote by hand, usually the same day. STEP is actually preferred for engineering parts because it keeps real curves rather than triangles.
Anything larger than 350mm in one piece, though we can split and join. Nothing food-contact — layer lines harbour bacteria and I won't pretend otherwise. No firearm components. And no copyrighted models for resale.
Indoors and decorative: PLA. Lives outside or in a car: PETG or ASA, because PLA sags around 60°C. Needs to flex or grip: TPU. Needs to be stiff and hold a thread under load: Nylon-CF. Needs to look like an injection moulding: resin. Tell me what the part must survive and I'll pick — often the cheaper one.
Free shipping across India, dispatched the day a print finishes. Made-to-order parts can't be returned for a change of mind — but if a print fails in normal use inside a year, or it isn't what we agreed, I reprint it at my cost. No form to fill in.
Yes, happily, and at no charge. Your files are never reused, never published, and deleted on request once a job is done.
